Assignment #3

You are to create your first political commercial. This commercial should be an "veiled-threat political commercial" that is modeled after the "Bear" commercial for Ronald Reagan that was aired during the 1984 presidential race. You can use stills that are in the public domain. But you should also try to record something with your own camera that you can blend into the visual picture. You will need to write an information video script using the split format (video on the left and audio on the right). You can make this video a general advertisement that supports the agenda of an interest group, or you can make it supportive of a political candidate. Importantly, in this video you must not refer to any specific threat. Make the video dark and threatening without being too specific. Thus, you may want to pick an issue that fits this aim.
